These terms cover this website and the InstantEditor app for Mac, offered by Atlas Holding Group LLC ("Atlas Innovations", "we"). By using them you agree to these terms. Last updated October 26, 2026.

Using InstantEditor

You keep all rights to your footage, projects and the videos you make. You're responsible for having the rights to what you edit and publish. Licenses, subscriptions and AI credit are described at purchase; AI features use Anthropic's models and must be used in line with Anthropic's Usage Policy.

YouTube

If you connect your YouTube channel, InstantEditor uses YouTube API Services, and you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our Privacy page explains what InstantEditor reads and how to disconnect, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

No warranty

InstantEditor is in beta. It's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Keep your own copies of your footage. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.
